If you already have a Meta Ads account, you can provide the Springboard Digital Business account with appropriate access permissions. 

We can target very specific audiences on Facebook and Instagram based on a number of factors, including user demographics, interests, online behaviour, previous engagement with your brand, and more. 

Meta frequently updates their ad targeting systems, allowing us to constantly fine-tune your campaigns to reach the right people at the right time. 

We typically set-up two foundational campaigns: a Prospecting campaign that aims to find and attract new audiences and drive them to your website, and a Retargeting campaign that re-engages users who have already engaged with your business online. 

Every business is unique, so we will tailor your Meta campaigns, ad sets, and ads to your goals. For example, we can also run campaigns that drive email list subscriptions or promote items directly from your product catalogue, and so on. 

You are responsible for providing Springboard with high-quality images and/or videos you want to use in your Facebook and Instagram ads. Springboard will take care of the rest – ad copy, conversion tracking, campaign set-up, ongoing technical optimisations, budget pacing, and so on. 

We will work with you to refresh your ads every 6-8 weeks, or when data insights suggest your campaigns would benefit from doing so. 

We want to make sure users are constantly re-engaged with new, eye-catching Facebook and Instagram content instead of seeing the same ads over and over again. 

All Springboard clients receive access to a personalised digital marketing dashboard, where you can explore your ongoing campaign results whenever you wish. 

You will also have access to your Meta Business account, from which you can view data insights native to the platform. 

The timeline for seeing results from your ads varies based on various factors, including your industry, budget, target audience, product or service, and what you consider ‘results’ to be, ie. increased website traffic, email list subscribers, or purchases. 

Initially, your campaigns will undergo Meta’s Learning Systems to discover your ideal target audience and what type of content drives them to take action. We therefore recommend allowing around two months to start seeing meaningful results.
