Murad Skincare is a leading eCommerce brand specialising in clinically-proven skincare, offering products for everyday customers and B2B partners including salons and clinics. Their dermatologist-developed range targets a variety of skin concerns, delivering visible results and healthier skin.
Objective & Strategy
Our primary objective was to grow Murad’s website revenue while also increasing awareness of their ‘Salon Partner’ program to attract more stockists.
To achieve this, we implemented a comprehensive Meta Ads and Google Ads strategy. The campaigns were designed to attract new audiences to the Murad brand, drive high-quality website traffic, and build trust and credibility. This was supported by retargeting efforts, which encouraged potential customers to take action with compelling offers and stronger calls-to-action.
Later, we expanded the strategy to include TikTok Ads, unlocking new audience opportunities and enhancing Murad’s digital presence. This addition helped us reach new audiences, while also keeping the brand top of mind for potential customers who were already seeing Murad on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
