The Pharmacy Network is a group of independent, locally owned pharmacies based in Canberra that specialise in shipping specialist medicines and non-prescription pharmaceutical products around Australia. The brand is committed to delivering a superior pharmacy experience.
Objective & Strategy
Our primary objective is to increase product turnover and overall sales for The Pharmacy Network.
To achieve this, we implemented a Google Ads strategy that leverages Performance Max campaigns to increase the brand’s visibility in Google Shopping markets. This includes segmenting their product ads based on product performance, so that budget can be strategically directed towards turning over specific stock with market conditions in mind.
We also launched a Black Friday campaign focused on encouraging sales during the late November period. This campaign proved highly successful, generating a substantial amount of the month’s ad revenue.
